Joba utilizes the immediate community of intellectual professionals along with connections in industry to create the ultimate multidisciplinary team.
Our Founder
Joba began as the brainchild of Industrial Designer, Professional Athlete, and current CEO, Kevin Jones. His dream: create a studio experience with a multidisciplinary team of talented individuals to solve design problems for brands, as well as develop in-house products. Our past speaks to the strength of who we are and what we offer; our future speaks to bold and daring dreams. And today we’re ready to take charge.

Kevin Jones
CEO | Founder | Creative Director
Kevin Jones, a graduate of Virginia Tech’s School of Architecture and Pamplin College of Business, has a B.S. in Industrial Design, a minor in Art History, as well as an MBA. Following an All-American collegiate career and seven years in the NFL, Kevin hung up the cleats and returned to Blacksburg to complete his degree. Kevin is responsible for contributing to the overall vision of Joba by guiding the company as it strives to fulfill its mission.
Robyn Jones
COO | Director of Marketing
Robyn is a influential brand strategist with a background in organizational management, marketing, and the arts who has cultivated award-winning brand and communications strategies for numerous private, public and nonprofit organizations, from local businesses to Fortune 100 companies and internationally recognized brands. Robyn is very involved in her local community including but not limited to, the Montgomery County Chamber of Commerce and the Blacksburg Police Department Citizen Advisory Board.
Rachel Scales
Human Resouces | Accounting
Rachel leverages her education and experience to effectively oversee the accounting, bookkeeping, and Human Resource management at Joba Studio for the past 9 years. Rachel thrives under pressure maintaining excellent client care, a meticulous attention to detail, and strong analytical skills, particularly in the areas of problem-solving, budgeting, and reporting.
Epiphany Priebe
Marketing Manager | Project Manager
Our Marketing Manager, Epiphany comes with over six years experience in the field of internal and external marketing. She is results-focused, with a proficient understanding of industries including professional medicine, health and wellness, nonprofits, e-commerce and more. With a specialty in content marketing, branding and growth strategy, Epiphany works to take each client to new heights through cohesive and compelling marketing strategies.
