Their new 44,500 square foot Corporate building features an open, collaborative office space with meeting rooms, and an open lounge space to accommodate multiple meeting styles and provide private zones for secure and data sensitive work projects.This transformative IT company wanted to create a workspace that reflected their culture, brand, and overall purpose within the industry.

Joba Studio collaborated closely with the 1901 Group to transform their expansive 44,500-square-foot corporate building into a unique, modern, and engaging environment for their workforce. Recognizing the company's distinct identity as a provider of IT, cybersecurity, and cloud computing solutions, Joba Studio aimed to weave this technological ethos throughout the space. The transformative journey began right from the front desk, extending to every corner of the building including the kitchen, conference rooms, and even wall graphics. Using the brand colors, we aimed to infuse the company's spirit into the space, creating a seamless blend of aesthetic appeal and brand identity.
Each area within the building was thoughtfully designed to encourage collaboration, yet ensuring the provision of secure zones for data-sensitive tasks. The office spaces were designed to be open and adaptable, meeting the varying needs of the dynamic tech team. Meanwhile, conference rooms were equipped with state-of-the-art technology, supporting a myriad of meeting styles and fostering innovation. The design even extended to personal touches, with custom furniture crafted to provide both comfort and functionality. All in all, Joba Studio's comprehensive design approach successfully transformed the 1901 Group's corporate building into a lively, modern, and thought-provoking space, reflecting the company's ethos and the ever-evolving nature of the tech industry.
