Dedicated to providing comfortable living for their community, CMG offers a wide range of floor plans and properties to fit the needs of students and working professionals alike. Their numerous leasing offices across Blacksburg, Christiansburg, and Radford provide customers and potential renters with friendly service and knowledgeable staff. CMG partnered with Joba Studio to modernize their brand and redevelop their website. We worked with the CMG team to create their brand identity and engaging website to further their mission and company goals.
Branding
For the CMG brand identity, the team wanted to bring together the knowledge and experience of 40 years with the resonance and respect that the âCMGâ carries. CMG needed a memorable logo mark and distinctive brand colors to stand out from other leasing companies in the competitive real estate market. The updated logo and brand identity features a strong font and a bold, clean color palette that lends itself to an optimal website experience.

The goal of the CMG website redesign was to simplify and design a better online leasing experience. When designing the CMG website, the Joba team designed a user-friendly website, allowing current and prospective residents to easily navigate, view, and lease properties online. The final result is a website centered around a clean color palette, optimized for user-experience.
